In a noisy world, create a quiet place to listen, reflect, and pray.

There is always another notification, another responsibility, another thought asking for our attention. Stillness can feel unproductive. In prayer, however, a quiet moment can become a place to remember what matters.

Psalm 46 points toward trust in God amid turmoil. Stillness does not mean pretending that difficulty is unreal. It means making room to acknowledge both the weight we carry and the One to whom we can bring it.

Find a few unhurried minutes today. Put your phone aside. Read a short passage of Scripture slowly. Notice a word or idea that stays with you. Bring your concerns to God without trying to make your prayer sound impressive.

Pause and pray: God, quiet the noise within me. Teach me to listen, to trust, and to be present to You and the people You have placed in my life. Amen.
